1. SPONSOR:
This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by [Your Company Name] ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of California, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
Entries will be accepted from March 30, 2025until April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM [MST]. The winner will be selected on or about May 1, 2025.

4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must sign up for our email newsletter and provide a valid email address and phone number. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a $50 gift card. The gift card type will be determined by the Sponsor. No substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days of selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and grant the Sponsor permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or any other errors beyond its control.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
